Order Issues

  • Can I modify my order? When can I cancel my order? How do I cancel my order?

    Orders can only be modified to reduce part quantities or removing part numbers. Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order is submitted.
    An order can be canceled at any time as long as the order status does not show as "Packaging" or "Packaging with Parts On Order."

  • Can I reinstate a voided or cancelled order?

    No. To protect your privacy, we do not save payment information. Therefore, we cannot reinstate an order once it has been cancelled or voided. If you would like to purchase the parts again, please submit a new order online.
  • What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

    If your order contains a mix of small and large parts, please check the packing material for small items. If you are still unable to locate the missing items, send us an RMA inquiry immediately.
    Step 1: Go to our Contact Us page and select the "RMA - Returns or missing/lost/damaged packages" option, then enter your email address and sales order number to submit an RMA inquiry.
    Step 2: Select "Missing/Lost/Damaged" (whichever is true) as the reason for the report and specify the part number and quantity.
    Be advised that our RMA department will request photos for damaged items. Lost packages, Missing or damaged items must be reported within 5 business days of the scheduled delivery date.
  • What will happen to my order if it contains a backordered part?

    If your order contains a back ordered part, we will notify you via email. You will then be provided with the options to: wait for the part(s) to become available for shipment, remove the part(s) to proceed with the remaining order, or cancel the order. In the case of backordered part(s) with no estimated time of arrival, you will be given the options to proceed with the rest of the order, or cancel the order. We will not proceed with the order without your approval.
  • Why was I informed that a part I purchased on your site is discontinued/backorder?

    Some parts may be discontinued or have backordered with the manufacturer. We will do our best to find your part as quickly as possible, and we will inform you and provide you the option to proceed with the remaining order. You will not be charged for parts removed from an order.
  • May I combine two separate orders to save on shipping costs?

    No, our system does not allow us to combine two separate orders. If you would like to combine the orders, please contact us to cancel the original orders. You can then submit a new order with all of your parts in one order.
  • What should I do if I place a duplicate order by mistake?

    If this occurs, please inform us by phone or email as soon as possible. We can void the duplicate order for you as long as it has not been invoiced or shipped. Once an order has been cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation via email. If you do not receive a confirmation after cancelling an order, please contact us to verify that the order has been cancelled.
  • Why was my order shipped in multiple packages when my order could have fit in one box?

    Our order processing team will do their best to minimize the amount of packages shipped out to you. However, they may decide to package your items separately to minimize the possibility of damage to the parts during transit. Parts may also be packaged separately based on their weight or dimensions to avoid additional shipping costs.
