- A:#1) It is not necessary to change the Plate covers, but if they have never been replaced before, I would recommend replacing them when you replace the pulleys. #2) The strainer does not come with the O ring gasket, it is sold separately.Posted by LexusPartsNow Specialist 24/5/2023
