How to remove and install the Steering Column Cover on Lexus RX330?

Disconnect the cable from the negative terminal of the battery. On tilt steering columns, move the column to the lowest position and remove the steering wheel. Remove the screws, then separate the halves and remove the upper and lower steering column covers. On some models it may be necessary to remove the instrument cluster lower finish panel. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.
